The HEA PRTLI Cycle 4 programme "Serving Society: Management of Future Communications Networks and Services" held its kick-off meeting on 31st January 2008 in Waterford Institute of Technology.
Partners: TSSG (Waterford IT), IDC (University of Limerick), Hamilton Institute (NUI Maynooth), Sociology Department (NUI Maynooth).
The 2nd meeting of the FutureComm research programme, funded by HEA PRTLI Cycle 4, met in University Limerick on Mon 26th and Tue 27th May 2008, hosted by the Interaction Design Centre (in UL).

A plenary meeting of the FutureComm project took place on Wednesday 4th Feb 2008 hosted by TSSG, Waterford IT (10:30 - 17:30) in the boardroom in ArcLabs Research and Innovation Centre.
A bi-lateral brainstorming session about Healthcare scenarios in FutureComm was held in the Interaction Design Centre at University of Limerick (UL) between researchers from UL and TSSG on Feb 19, 2009.
